Lieutenant Commander Schultz:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{rhns|Acheron|DD-2962|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of [[Commanding Officer]], relieving [[Captain]] Tomáš Váca, [[RHN]] in service to the Republic. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{rhns|Acheron|DD-2962|hcn}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
*[[LTJG]] Tomáš Chrastný, [[RHN]] (RMN-5810-19), is assigned as [[Executive Officer]].
Based upon the requirements of the service the following brevets are approved:
