Commodore Marchant:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Victorious|BC-425|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of [[Commanding Officer]], relieving Captain Sir Christopher Humphrey [[KDE]], in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service you are hereby voluntarily reduced to the rank of [[O-6B]] [[Captain of the List]] until such a time as you are relieved of your command of {{hms|Victorious|BC-425|hcn}}.
