Captain of the List Becker:

The following personnel have been assigned to your command, are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{hms|Heracles|BC-566|hcn}}, there to take upon themselves the duties and responsibilities below:
*[[CAPTJG]] Leigh Smith, [[RMN]], is assigned as [[Executive Officer]], relieving [[CDR]] William L. Masters Jr., [[RMN]], in service to the Crown.
*[[CAPTJG]] Frank William Hall, [[RMN]], is assigned as Bosun, relieving [[SCPO]] Lacy Theresa Burke, [[RMN]], in service to the Crown.

Based upon the requirements of the service, Captain Junior Grade Frank Hall has voluntarily resigned their commission and is Appointed the rank of [[E-8]] [[Senior Chief Petty Officer]], [[RMN]] with all rights and privileges thereof.

The above directive is effective on this date, 4 September 2024.
