As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Master Sergeant Evan Roth RMMC (RMN-5297-18) to the position of Landing University - Kings College - Junior Minister Lecturer, and is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain (O3).

Captain Roth, RMMC, you are ordered to report to the offices of Landing University, Star Kingdom University System, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as Junior Minister Lecturer, where you will report to The Rt. Hon. Amanda Barrow, OGL, MR, CGM, PC - Regent, Star Kingdom University System.

I would also like to take this time to formally thank our temporary lecturer, RADM Jeffers for all her support and assistance for stepping into this post on such a short notice and thereby allowing us to keep this programme open.
