Joe Jungers (RMN-1989-15) of HMS Werewolf (CLAC-28) is hereby appointed to the position Merchant Fleet Academy Deputy Commandant and is promoted to the rank of Embassy Intelligence Liaison (C-15).

Liaison Jungers, you are hereby ordered to report, post haste, to the Merchant Fleet Academy to assume your duties as Deputy Commandant.
