By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby make the following appointment:

Sir Steven Firestine (RMN-1922-14), PMV, KDE, OG, is hereby appointed to the position of Saganami Island Advanced Tactical Center Commandant and promoted to the rank of Captain of the List (O-6B). In this position, Captain Firestine will administer the Advanced Tactical Course (affectionately known as "The Crusher").

The Crusher is not like any other course at Saganami Island. Captain Firestine, you are entrusted with the authority to ensure the highest standard is given by your students. Fail not in this task, as the candidates you graduate will lead the charge against the Crown's enemies. This appointment made on the 25th of April, 2017
