Ensign Randall Randy Todd of HMS Duke of Cromarty is the Power Instructor in the Engineering Department of the Naval Technical Specialties College. Ensign Todd’s normal duties and responsibilities include assisting students with questions and grading exams. However, recently Ensign Todd went above and beyond the course of his duties to assist a student who was having problems getting exams. He took the time to work with the student to figure out why he wasn’t receiving exams and to provide him information to assist in solving the problem. While not required, Ensign Todd gladly took the time to ensure this student has a favorable experience. Ensign Todd’s professionalism and exceptional service reflect great credit upon himself, the Bureau of Training, and uphold the finest traditions of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Ensign Randall Todd is hereby awarded the Navy Marine Achievement Medal.
