Over the last 12 months as a Level 2 Instructor for the Sphinx Forestry Commission, Lieutenant Commander James Conason (RMN-0502-11) of HMS Barbarossa, has proven himself an invaluable and dedicated member of the Sphinx Forestry Commission and the Bureau of Training. His consistently outstanding performance, dedication to TRMN, and professionalism reflect great credit upon himself, the Sphinx Forestry Commission, the Bureau of Training, and the Royal Manticoran Navy.

By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, in recognition of his service to the Sphinx Forestry Commission, Lieutenant Commander @James Conason is hereby awarded the Conspicuous Bravery Medal with an effective date of Oct 30, 2017.
