Commander Tolbert, RMACS you are ordered to report to the offices of Mannheim University, Neu Odenwaldkries, Manticore, post haste, to assume your office as History of TRMN Lecturer, where you will report to Lt. Colonel Jackie Stuard, QBM, PROVOST Mannheim University.
