	Veteran NCO’s are a rare and important resource to the members of the Royal Manticoran Navy, providing critical mentoring and leadership services separate from the commissioned officers. Many members achieving senior NCO rank are soon tapped for commissioned leadership positions, and it takes a special kind of dedication to voluntarily remain enlisted. The Non-Commissioned Officer’s Senior Course Ribbon is awarded to those enlisted personnel who complete all courses in their service’s enlisted academy AND serve as an E-7 or higher enlisted rank for at least one calendar year after completing said courses.
