===Job Purpose===
To serve as the head of a chapter.

===Duties===
* Determine and implement the vision for the chapter.
* Set the Chapter agenda for the calendar year.
* Serve as the voice of crew to Fleet/Service Command.
* Ensure timely promotions for the crew.
* Submit awards for crewmembers throughout the calendar year for achievements.
* Organize, schedule, and participate in chapter meetings.
* Recruit new members and grow the chapter.
* Delegate responsibilities as duties become too heavy.
* Mentor subordinates to promote, and ultimately start new commands. Grow the Fleet/Service.
* Submit bi-monthly reports to Fleet Commander and Bureau of Ships (BuShips) on activities, promotion, awards, training, and additional information as necessary via TRMN Medusa.
* Adhere to the TRMN Code of Conduct.
