	As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Sergeant Major Mark Darbe to the position Regimental Sergeant Major of the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps. Sergeant Major Darbe, you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the office of Regimental Sergeant Major of the RMMC.
