	As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, in order to ensure that MARDETs that are wishing to upgrade to a larger unit size, have enough eligible personnel available to fill command billets, and to align the RMMC closer to various Admiralty Orders, the following regulation is instituted.<br><br>		As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, in order to ensure that MARDETs that are wishing to upgrade to a larger unit size, have enough eligible personnel available to fill command billets, and to align the RMMC closer to various Admiralty Orders, the following regulation is instituted.<br><br>
	In addition to the requirements outlined in [[Corps ~~Directives~~ 02-1302]] and [[Corps Directive 03-1406]], all MARDETs wishing to upgrade to a larger size must have had at least 75% of their PROPOSED COMMAND personnel (from MARDET CO to Section leader) take and complete the appropriate tests for the ranks required to fill the various command billets of the larger sized MARDET. This includes ALL command billets within an MARDET that are to be filled by Enlisted, Non-commissioned Officer, and Officer personnel. The remaining 25% may take and complete the appropriate tests after being appointed to the various billets and breveted. Those individuals will have the time allotted to them by the various Admiralty Orders in which to complete the tests.
