As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, the Royal Manticoran Marine Corps Academy shall now be known as the RMMC Training Command and will be located at RMMC Camp Maastricht in the Duchy of West Wind. This change is being made to bring the RMMC Training Command in line with canon as established in the Honor Harrington series of books.<br />
