As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby start Operation Screaming Phoenix. Operation Screaming Phoenix is the name given to the security assistance that the RMMC will be providing at Shore Leave 35. Operation Screaming Phoenix will be headed by our Shore Leave Security Liaison COMFORCECOM General Greg Marchand.

All members of the RMMC participating in Operation Screaming Phoenix, i.e. those members providing convention security and/or part of special security details, shall wear the following uniform(s);

Enlisted and NCOs<br>
# RMMC Enlisted Service Dress
# RMMC Class D
# Recruiting table attire (RMN/RMMC Shirt with pants and optional ball cap)

Officers<br>
# RMMC Class D
# Recruiting table attire (RMN/RMMC Shirt with pants and optional ball cap)

This order shall only be in effect from August 2, 2013 through August 4, 2013.
