	The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. has experienced phenomenal growth over the past several years. This, of course, has led to the growth of the RMMC. With that growth, it has become painfully obvious that policies and procedures instituted five years ago are no longer working as intended and need to be adjusted. This Corps Directive is an attempt to better streamline the RMMC and address issues that have arisen. Consequently, this Corps Directive makes major changes to the way the RMMC operates.
