While I, as an awarding authority, try to remain impartial in my review of various awards, there are times when remaining impartial is difficult. Therefore, as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby create and establish the RMMC Awards Advisory Council.
