As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby amend CD 07-1308 with the following;

Due to the unique nature of MARDETs an extra step in the chain of command needs to be introduced at the chapter level. If the issue working up the chain of command is specific to the chapter, and is not resolved after consulting the MARDET CO it should then go to the Chapter CO. If the Chapter CO is unable to resolve the issue it will then be passed up the RMMC chain of command.
