Nominations must have detailed information about the nominee and his or her specific contributions between the start of his or her membership and a date as set forth below and should include all dates of each action or contribution worthy of nomination. Nominations may also include letters of concurrent recommendation from other ranking officers that bore witness or were directly affected by those contributions.

All nominations must be sent to the Marshal of the Corps at dant@rmmc.trmn.org with a subject “HMS Unconquered Nomination”. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the nomination being considered.

Nomination Dates
Nominations will be accepted until 2359 EST on 30 September 2018.

Induction of Members
RMMC members chosen to serve on the HMS Unconquered as crew shall be inducted during the weekend of SphinxCon 2018 in Atlanta.
