===Job Purpose===
The Second in Command of a TRMN Bureau, whose main purpose is to assist the Bureau CO in the smooth operation of their command.

===Duties===
# Participate in Staff meetings and activities as requested by the Bureau CO
# Serve as principal advisor and consultant to the Bureau CO
# Mentor Staff Officers and support their professional development
# Join and monitor appropriate Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related Forums.
# Regularly responding to staff and member communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours
# Any other additional collateral functions as determined by the CO

# Leadership Experience
# Ability to set goals and motivate others
# Ability to lead topics to conclusion - excellent organizational skills
# Ability multi-task, think on your feet, and make adjustments is a must
# Should possess a modicum of skills including the capability to be proactive, project management, strategic thinking, written and verbal communication (internal & external), teamwork
# Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources

===Qualifications===
# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
# Hold a minimum rank of F-2 or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
# Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
