===Job Purpose===
The Second in Command of the specifically numbered fleet or army, whose main purpose is to assist the CO in the smooth operation of their command.

===Duties===
# Participate in Staff meetings and activities as requested by the Commanding Officer (CO)
# Serve as principal advisor and consultant to the CO
# Mentor Staff Officers and support their professional development
# Oversee officer promotion boards for the Fleet/Army
# Join and monitor <Fleet/Service> Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related Forums.
# Regularly responding to staff communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours, if possible any other additional collateral functions as determined by the CO
