===Job Purpose===&lt;br /&gt;
The Second in Command of a TRMN Service, whose main purpose is to assist the Service Head in the smooth operation of their command.			&lt;br /&gt;
		&lt;br /&gt;
===Duties===&lt;br /&gt;
# Participate in Staff meetings and activities as requested by the Service head&lt;br /&gt;
# Serve as principal advisor and consultant to the Service Head&lt;br /&gt;
# Mentor Staff Officers and support their professional development&lt;br /&gt;
# Join and monitor appropriate Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related Forums.&lt;br /&gt;
# Regularly responding to staff and member communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours &lt;br /&gt;
# Any other additional collateral functions as determined by the CO&lt;br /&gt;

# Leadership Experience&lt;br /&gt;
# Ability to set goals and motivate others&lt;br /&gt;
# Ability to lead topics to conclusion - excellent organizational skills&lt;br /&gt;
# Ability multi-task, think on your feet, and make adjustments is a must&lt;br /&gt;
# Should possess a modicum of skills including the capability to be proactive, project management, strategic thinking, written and verbal communication (internal &amp;amp; external), teamwork&lt;br /&gt;
# Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources&lt;br /&gt;
