StarFest 2017 was held in Denver Colorado, April 21-23, 2017. It was declared an [[Admiralty House]] event by the [[Second Space Lord]], Lady [[Mountain View]], Diane Bulkeley.

As an Admiralty House event, TRMN members who staffed the event are eligible for the [[Havenite War Campaign Medal]]. By my authority as commanding officer, [[8th Fleet | Eighth_Fleet]]; the following individuals are awarded said medal: (This award is a 1 per year award, so if the HWCM has been earned at another Admiralty House event in 2017, this award doesn't apply)
