	* The Chief of Staff works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to the Commanding Officer

	~~# Join and monitor Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related Forums.~~
	~~# Regularly respond to staff communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours, if possible.~~
