As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain Senior Grade Beau Thacker to the position of Commanding Officer for the 6th (Sphinx) Fleet & Naval District with appropriate promotion to Rear Admiral of the Red. In this position he will serve as Command Officer of that Fleet, the first contact for Vessel Commanders in that Naval District needing guidance and other duties as may be assigned by the Fleet Commander and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 24-AUG-2012.

In addition Admiralty House is in debt to and thankful for the service of Admiral of the Red Michael Malotte's service to the Crown and to the Kingdom. Please join me in showing appreciation for his service to the fleet.
