As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Commodore Daniel Walker to the position of Commanding Officer of the Third Fleet and the Third Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective this date November 9th, 2013. With this new assignment Commodore Walker is immediately breveted to the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, until such time as he steps down or said rank is ratified by the appropriate promotions panel.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
