As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby grant Rear Admiral of the Green Antonio Lopes an immediate and indefinite Leave of Absence to return at his discretion. Your personal Flag Lieutenant and Steward(s) will remain assigned to Admiral Lopes for the duration of his leave.

Therefore as First Space Lord, I will be assuming the duties as Acting Commanding Officer of the Gryphon Fleet and the Second Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 01-AUG-14.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander the duties are primarily focused on recruiting in this naval District. Addition duties are as highlighted in Naval Directive 01JL-01. I will continue cooperation with the Space Lords as expected and will continue mentorship of future appointees to subordinate echelons as well.

In addition as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commodore Lord Sir John Neitz, Baron Westmarch to the position of Deputy Commanding Officer of the Gryphon Fleet and the Second Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 01-AUG-14.
