As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Commodore Melyssa Smith to the position of Commanding Officer of the Sixth/Sphinx Fleet and the Sixth Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 07-Aug-15.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your Naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
