As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby Appoint Commodore Michael Paquette, to the position of Commanding Officer of the Home Fleet and the First Naval District with all of the authority and responsibility requisite thereof, effective 03-NOV-2015.

As a Numbered Fleet Commander your duties are primarily focused on recruiting in your naval Districts. Your cooperation with the Space Lords is expected and your mentorship of future appointees to the individual task forces will be so as well.
