As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the Organization of the Battle Cruiser Division 112 (BatCruDiv 112), under the command of Captain SG Ed Wandall to consist of:

*HMS Rigel (BC-591) - Captain (JG) Alice Fawcett, Throop, PA (Flagship)
*HMS Penelope (BC-585) - Captain (JG) Michael Spath, Fishkill, NY
*HMS Snow Leopard (CA-425) - Captain (JG) Zachariah Fraser, Manchester, CT (Screening Element)

Concurrently BatCruDiv 111 will be reorganized under the command of Captain (SG) James Kratzer to consist of:

*HMS Heracles (BC-566) - Captain (SG) James Kratzer, Parkville, MD (Flagship)
*HMS Hector (BC-548) - Captain (JG) Christa Brolley, Falls Church, VA

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the Organization of the Battle Cruiser Squadron 11 (BatCruRon 11), under the command of Commodore Zachary Perkins aboard HMS Penelope to consist of the above-mentioned Divisions.

In addition I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of Manticoran citizens therein, In addition you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the First Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord, this order made under my hand will be effective 0001 hours 30-Oct-2015
