Pursuant to [[Admiralty Order 1701-03]], I am providing the following guidance as it relates to the Grayson Home Fleet composition and recently established Stations and appointing their Commanders.

GSN Ships which are not located in the United Kingdom, and are solely functioning as Correspondence Only Chapters shall also remain assigned to the 4th Fleet (Grayson Home Fleet) at this time. At this time, [[GNS Barbara Bancroft (SD-32)|GNS Barbara Bancroft]], SD-32, and [[GNS Glory (CLAC-09)|GNS Glory]], CLAC-09, remain assigned to the Grayson Home Fleet.

Stations are, in essence, proto-fleets and may very well be upgraded to Fleets as growth and other considerations may warrant. As a result, Station Commanders will be appointed by the First Space Lord and may hold any rank up to and including [[Rear Admiral]] based upon the size and other considerations of the Station they will Command. Other Commands may be subsumed into the hat of the Station Commander based upon the situation and other conditions, as the situation may warrant.

Every effort will be made to name a Station Commander from the [[RMN]] or other naval services; however, there may be situations where the Station Commander will be drawn from the [[RMMC]] or the [[RMA]] depending on qualified command personnel and the composition of the Station’s personnel. In situations where the Station Commander is drawn from a service other than the naval services, the Station shall be designated as a Joint Command.

In accordance with the above information, and under the authority of Admiralty Order 1701-03, I hereby establish the composition and Commander for each of the Stations as set forth below:

Andermani Station: Rear Admiral Jan Cabrnoch
