Captain Imbleau:<br />

Effective at 0001 on 28 April 2019, Battlecruiser Division 962 is to stand down all present assignments and/or missions and is subsequently ordered to deactivate as an echelon force within Battlecruiser Squadron 96.<br />
<br />
The Office of the First Space Lord thanks Captains Imbleau, Dunn, Kietzmann, and Newton for their leadership and services rendered to a storied echelon within Tenth Fleet, as well as the hard work performed by their crews.<br />
<br />
As a result of this deactivation, the following vessels are ordered to patrol on detached duty within Tenth Fleet:<br />
