As of 1 June 2019, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore, Elizabeth III, having accepted the resignation of VADM the Earl of Westmarch:

I hereby name Commodore Sir Geoffrey Strayer as Commanding Officer for Second Fleet, with all rights, duties, privileges, and honors appertaining thereunto. CDRE Strayer is hereby promoted to the Rank of Rear Admiral of the Red.

I cannot express the gratitude that TRMN holds for VADM Westmarch. Huzzah for CO of the original HMS Merlin - First in Fleet and one of our finest Fleet COs in TRMN. RADM Strayer, may your star shine as bright!
