Even as the newest Chapter Commanding Officer in the Royal Manticoran Army, in his first year commanding the Black Marsh Lancers, Major Bozeman has led the unit to become one of the highest-achieving chapters—not only within the Royal Manticoran Army but across the entire TRMN organization.

His leadership has guided the Lancers to earn nearly all of the Grand Alliance Unit Excellence Program letters and to consistently place among the top three TRMN chapters in organizational challenges. Under his command, the chapter has become one of the most active and motivated in TRMN, attracting recruits and members from multiple branches and serving as a shining example of what an energetic, engaged chapter can accomplish.

As a member of the core planning team, he devoted countless hours—often eight to ten hours per session—collaborating through online meetings to organize the TRMN party room and fan table operations. His leadership in logistics, setup, scheduling, and coordination was instrumental to the event’s success.

Lieutenant Byers personally designed and implemented interactive fan table games such as Sharpshooter and Docking Procedure, investing significant personal time and resources without seeking assistance or reimbursement. He staffed the table each day with enthusiasm, promoting TRMN’s mission and engaging attendees with knowledge and humor.
