Captain Váca:

Directive 23OC-01: Destroyer Division 741 is henceforth activated as an echelon in the Silesian Fleet, presently under the command of Vice Admiral of the Red Ludmila Kovářová.

Directive 23OC-01.01: You are directed and required to assume command of DesDiv 741. Fail not in this duty at your peril.

Directive 23OC-01.02: DD-2962 (RHNS Acheron) is ordered attached to DesDiv 741 as your flagship. All previous orders pertaining to Acheron's mission, assignment, or attachment are rescinded or overridden, as required.

Directive 23OC-01.03: In your new capacity, you are directed to inform the Commanding Officer of DD-10 (GNS Reuben) to report for duty with DesDiv 741 as a permanently attached unit. All previous orders pertaining to mission, assignment, or attachment for the above-named unit are hereby rescinded or overridden, as required.

The above directives are issued with an effective date of 10 October 2023.
