This Policy Directive applies to all Members of The Royal Manticoran Navy and its Components, Allied Services, Groups and Subgroups (hereafter, TRMN).

==Prerequisites==
# Read the TRMN 2020 Organizational Style Guide so that you have an understanding of the scope of work that can be created for you.
# If you have part of the art (for example an image you want to be placed in the center of a crest), download and complete the appropriate release forms.
# If you do not have any art, formulate an idea of what you are looking for and submit it to art@trmn.org.
# All requests for new art creation must be submitted no less than six weeks in advance of the due date.
# All requests must be emailed to art@trmn.org and include a "need by date".
