It outlines the appointment of a Deputy SMCPON of the Grayson Space Navy.<br /> <br /> ==Order Text==<br /> <br /> By the order of the High Admiral, with the authority given to me by the Protector and the Keys, I hereby appoint Steadholder Maelstrom, David P Melsome, to the position of Deputy Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of the Grayson Space Navy. This is by request of Steadholder Chernakova, Kathy Rau, and many member of the GSN, and his qualities are legion and known.
