To All members of the Grayson Space Navy and All Commands of the Grayson Home Fleet;

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, effective 2nd March, 2017, Commodore Martyn Griffiths, Steadholder Pittman, is hereby assigned as Commanding Officer, Grayson Home Fleet.

Furthermore, with his assignment, Martyn Griffiths is hereby promoted to the rank of Rear Admiral, pursuant with his new position.

Rear Admiral Martyn Griffiths will execute the duties of his office, as the Protector, the Conclave, and the Intercessor has given him to understand, effective 2nd March, 2017.

Effective the same Date, Commodore Griffiths is promoted to the Rank of Rear Admiral.
