At all times, his demeanor was that befitting a senior officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy; as a result, the Silent Auction was the calmest area of the convention.

[[Master Chief Petty Officer]] Kelly Hilliard of HMS Achilles is hereby awarded the [[Navy Achievement Medal|NAVY/MARINE ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL]] for his service assisting the Director of Charity Services as well as volunteering for Shore Patrol at SphinxCon.
