Effective 26JUL2015, by my authority as Commanding Officer 2nd Fleet, I announce the following awards for operational service at the Second Fleet event CONvergence, 02-05 JUL 2015. CONvergence had an attendance of 6,251 people, and at this convention TRMN personnel undertake massive operations, including:

· The TRMN party room, where we serve our now-famous Missile Pods, as well as quality beer and wine and hors d'oeuvres and our personal hospitality and conviviality to our fellow fans, visited by several thousand people over three evenings.

· HMS Valkyrie and HMS Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulators, where several hundred guests played in our two immersive bridge sets over the weekend. This is so popular that the schedule books up completely and players are limited to one game over the weekend.

· Trevor’s Star Checkpoint, one of the convention’s evening hours badging checkpoints, is organized, scheduled, and staffed entirely by TRMN volunteers. The CONvergence staff greatly appreciates this vital assistance to the convention.

These operations, as well as ubiquitous cheerful presence of TRMN personnel wearing uniforms or TRMN “convention gear,” many of whom also volunteer for other CONvergence departments or for other fan organizations at the con, have gained TRMN an excellent reputation throughout the local fan community, and continue to garner enthusiastic new recruits to the organization.

In all, 57 TRMN personnel from seven different ships performed volunteer work for TRMN ops at this convention, making it the largest TRMN convention operation worldwide outside of HonorCon and MantiCon. My thanks extend to the many additional volunteers who are not listed here as they were already awarded the HOS earlier in 2015 for Marscon volunteer work and are therefore not eligible for an additional award of the HOS at this time.
