On November 8-10, 2019, members of The Royal Manticoran Navy engaged in recruitment and flag-showing efforts at Grand Rapids Comic-Con, Grand Rapid, MI.<br />

For their efforts supporting TRMN actions at Grand Rapids Comic-Con, which was, due to the attendance of Timothy Zahn, declared an Admiralty House Event, the following individuals are hereby awarded the Havenite War Campaign Medal:<br />

On 9 November, 2019, at approximately 1720 hours, members of HMS Samurai received a call from Captain JG Rex Hood, CO, HMLAC Scythe. His vehicle had been disabled due to an encounter with a deer, and he was stranded. HMS Samurai’s personnel moved quickly to head to CAPTJG Hood’s location, and make sure he was safe, and got him home.<br />

For their actions in rendering aid to a fellow member, and in doing so being forced to leave the convention earlier than planned, the following awards are authorised:<br />
