As of the date of this order, Captain, JG Paladin Meyer is appointed to the position of Commanding Officer, Destroyer Squadron 265. Commensurate with his new duties and responsibilities, CAPTJG Meyer is hereby brevetted to the rank of Captain, Senior Grade.<br />
<br />
Additionally, Lt. Commander Ziggi Thompson is appointed to the position of Deputy Commanding Officer, and breveted to the rank of Commander.<br />
<br />
Captain SG Meyer, you are hereby directed to assume the duties and responsibilities for regional oversight over all Her Majesty’s ships operating in Destroyer Squadron 265. <br />
<br />
I do hereby direct all officers herein named to take charge of their commands and proceed to their assigned patrol area and protect the lives and property of all Allied citizens therein. In addition, you will fulfill any other duties as may be assigned by the Second Fleet Commander, his Deputies and the First Space Lord. Fail not in this charge at your peril.<br />
