===Job Purpose===
To serve as a Commanding Officer for a specific Service of the TRMN.

===Duties===
# Provide leadership, guidance, vision, and direction to your service.
# Set policy and define how the service will operate.
# Act as a decision maker for key decisions regarding direction and growth.
# Coordinate with Fleets/Services/Bureaus/Borad of Directors.
# Drive change initiatives within the service.
# Make key personnel decisions on Service level.
# Ensure Service promotions are conducted appropriately and in a timely fashion.
# Ensure Service members are recognized for their efforts in an appropriate and timely manner.
# Join and monitor Discord, Facebook Groups and chats, and all related TRMN Forums.
# Regularly responding to staff and member communications (email, Discord or messenger), within 24 hours, if possible
# Conduct regular coordination meetings with subordinate staff members.

===Qualifications===
# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
# Hold a minimum rank of Rear-Admiral (F-2) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework.
# Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position.
# Pass the TRMN Background Check.
# Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 24 months.
