===Job Purpose===
Primary assistant to the Chief of Staff regarding organization of Gunnery challenges and Marksmanship Award activities

===Duties===
# Participate in staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff.
# Coordinate Marksmanship Activities for the members of the entire Area of Operation, track Marksmanship award inputs, and maintain record keeping
# Create and maintain a mechanism for tracking marksmanship submissions
# Facilitate and promote activities like gaming and on-line gaming within the Area of Operation
# Update Command Staff with information
# Submit Marksmanship Award inputs to the Commanding Officer, via the Chief of Staff, for awarding on a monthly basis

# Can-do attitude, responsive to communications & correspondence
# Ability to organize a wide variety of information and materials in a meaningful and useful way
# Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources."

===Qualifications===
# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.
# Gunner or Fire Control exams passed (Preferred)
# Hold a minimum rank of O-1 (Ensign) or E-5 (Petty Officer Second Class) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework
# Be compliant with the ""two-hat"" rule upon taking this position
# Commit to hold this position for a minimum of 6 months
