History
Pitchfork was commissioned on 18 August 2018 under the command of then-LTSG Dramir Janos. The Pitchfork was assigned to patrol Central Europe.
The Pitchfork has the GNS Glory (CLAC-09) as its parent ship. It forms part of the 9th LAC Wing
