BuShips Directive 1309-02 was issued 15 September 2013 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Sphinx (SD-86).
Order Text
My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 15, 2013, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Sphinx, SD-86, under the command of Rear Admiral of the Red Beau Thacker. This is a Sphinx Class Superdreadnought and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Springhill, LA.
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are assigned to HMS Sphinx:
- Rear Admiral of the Red Beau Thacker (assigned as CO of HMS Sphinx)
- Commander Daniel Dreesbach (assigned as XO of HMS Sphinx)
- Chief Petty Officer Roger Blake (assigned as Bosun of HMS Sphinx)
