Personnel in the grades of C-18 through C-20, commensurate with their status as administrative personnel, will wear their company patch only affixed to the upper left sleeve.

Personnel in the grades of C-18 through C-20 will wear one, standard size, navy blue name tape directly above their rank tape (see below). The name tape features the wearers LAST NAME, FIRST INITIAL embroidered in gold. Those personnel honored with a Peerage in The Royal Manticoran Navy, The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, may elect to display their Peerage name instead. For example: CALABASAS.

Personnel in the grades of C-18 through C-20 will wear a standard size, navy blue, rank tape directly above the left pocket. The rank tape will feature the wearers department insignia in gold, as well as the wearers rank in gold.
