As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, Knight Grand Commander of the Most Regal Order of Queen Elizabeth, I hereby induct Admiral Vicky Gouliard, Member of the Order, with the class of Member, effective 17-JUN-11 as a reward for her donations, totaling $75.00 since 20-FEB-11.
This Officer is now afforded the honors and privileges associated with the above Class, including the post-nominal letters of ME.
