Active BuShips Directive 1805-10 was issued 26 May 2018 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints command staff of HMS Hotspur (DD-02).

Spacer 2/c Fligor:
You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Hotspur (DD-02), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Executive Officer, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.
Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant (SG), RMN.
The above directive is effective on this date, 26 May 2018.
The Bureau of Ships wishes to thank and acknowledge the service of Lieutenant (SG) Vicky Crebo as the former Executive Officer of HMS Hotspur.
