Sir Michael:
Retroactive to 01 June 2018, HMS Atropos (BC-363) is hereby designated as the flagship of your command, the Third Fleet. Atropos is further directed to fly your pennant upon her hull, which should be embellished with three red stripes as befits the level of your command within the Royal Manticoran Navy.
Any previous directives or orders regarding Atropos' status as flagship is hereby overridden and/or rescinded.
